Key Responsibilities


  • Provide project-based technical leadership within the IT Infrastructure & Operations team;
  • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware;
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem;
  • Apply specialized expertise and advanced technical knowledge of IT infrastructure to recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process;
  • Research, analyze, develop, and document new processes and procedures to implement new solutions to meet future problem resolution needs;
  • Lead others in solving complex technical problems, using sophisticated analytical thought to identify innovative solutions;
  • Act as an advisor on advanced and broad ranging projects;
  • Responsible for proactively communicating upcoming infrastructure changes to management and end-users where needed.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience;
  • 5+ years working in IT Infrastructure & Operations or other equivalent experience;
  • Specialized depth of expertise related to IT Infrastructure & Operations;
  • Wide range of experiences and advanced technical acumen serving as an advisor to management;
  • Experience working as a senior member or team lead on large, complex projects;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions;
  • Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team;
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships;
