  • responsabilidades chave

    • Contribute to the evolution & optimization of the CRM tool from the needs until the user tests & deployment to users in collaboration with IT.
    • Administrate on daily base the commercial portfolio & commercial account mapping into the admin tools.
    • Administration of client database & client data portfolio.
    • Follow up of backlog to prepare the monitoring of the project.
    • Contribute to the evolution of the data admin module in order to follow the evolution of business requirement.
    • Support the adoption of the CRM tools with training.
    • Participate in design & realization of client dashboard and in the conception of visualization tools.
    • Data quality review.
    • Contribute to the data administration of coverage portfolio & industry banker and contribute to the evolution of the dedicated tools.
  • competências

    • More than 1 year of professional experience with CRM (Salesforce).
    • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
    • Team player, organized and process-oriented.
    • Good knowledge of English (B1 / B2 - intermediate level is a mandatory requirement).
