    • Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
    • Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data and providing information to customers
    • Channel queries to corresponding responsible area (Sales, Credit to Cash, Delivery, etc.)
  • competências

    • academy background minimum required is Secondary school (High School)
    • If you speak native or C2 Dutch and English level B1 (preferred)
    • Your Knowledge in SAP/ERP is Basic
    • Previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office)
    • You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with internal and external customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints, etc.)
