In fact you would deal with all aspects of recruitment including the more administrative activities: * Contacting recruiting agencies * Contacting freelancers * Reviewing CVs * Planning interviews * Negotiating rates, terms and conditions,… * Preparing the contracts * Onboarding Also the maintenance of existing staff does include following activities: * Vacancy requests for extension * Review/approval of invoices/timesheet * Deal with % tariff increase requests, training possibilities, travel
° Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in recruitment ° De wereld van de pharma en life sciences is jou niet vreemd
- Kandidaten zoeken, selecteren en in contact brengen met rekruteerders
- Loon- en bevorderingsmaatregelen aanbevelen (loonsverhoging, overplaatsing, premie, ...)
- HR-documenten opstellen: Functieprofielen, vacatures
- HR-documenten opstellen: Informatie- en communicatiedragers
- Plannen voor competentieontwikkeling, tewerkstellingsbeleid en beroepsmobiliteit uitwerken en uitvoeren
- Kandidaten werven (via CV-theek, vacaturesites, sociale netwerken, bedrijvengidsen, …)
