When the winds of change blow, some people build walls. Others build windmills. We’re the latter. We’re shaping tomorrow’s graphics. And we need a bigger crew. **Responsibilities** A wise man once said: “With great power comes great responsibility.” (bonus points if you know who without [LMGTFY][]) So before we give you all the power, let’s talk some of the responsibilities you’ll be assuming. 1. Recruitment (80%) - Vacancies are your playground – you know which content will trigger which profile. You set them up and launch them. (cue in marketing for copy, if you like!) - Never not on the lookout for good people – pro- or reactive, even on the spot – you’re a profile hunter. - You are a people person – you know how to read them, treat them and reel them in. You also play nice with everybody. - You excel at interviews – planning and conducting them efficiently. - When drafting and negotiating contracts, you know how to reach the perfect balance to keep both parties happy. - You are the company’s HR spokesperson and single point of contact for external recruiters, schools, … You have a broad interest range – you know HR is a trade in which you have to be able to talk to every Jack. 2. HR Marketing / Employer branding (10%) - We have an excellent product, wonderful people, charming personalities and an impeccable sense of style (well some of us do) – and we’re counting on you to sell it. Employer branding is your endgame. Social media, school internships, recruitment events, you know the drill to get people excited about companies. (and our marketing team has your back, of course!) 3. Soft HR (10%) - Onboarding of new people requires a psychological approach and an admin-focused mindset. You pay attention to both. - We are nothing if not a team – you’re the guardian angel of newbies to make sure they’re comfortable with their new role and everyone’s key contact for soft HR questions.
