BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon.


You will be part of the Group Strategic Sourcing Services.


We are looking for an Analyst to join our Cost Accounting Operations (CAO) - Middle Office Department in charge of the Helpdesk activities.



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


As a Helpdesk agent, your main activities are to:


  • Handle and register requests via email/phone from internal customers or external suppliers
  • Analyse and provide adequate and timely response to all information requests
  • Ensure request resolution
  • Register best practices in the knowledge management database
  • Provide input to improve request resolution and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Contributes to "Role & Responsibility" RaDAR program by applying Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility.


SKILLS


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting; or equivalent through professional experience;
  • Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes or experience in a related area is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
  • Strong customer orientation supported in active listening abilities;
  • Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages : English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) and French (B2/C1 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory;
