Job Description
Looking for a Functional analyst to help us translate business needs into technical solutions within CRM-system (Siebel).
Qualifications
French or Dutch/English speaking
Good communication skills
Overall 10+ years IT experience in Siebel CRM area
4+ year experience with performing functional analysis
Writing and reviewing functional and technical designs
Writing and reviewing impact analysis/requests
Requirements gathering and translation into technical/functional requirements
5 + experience in using and having detailed knowledge of Siebel and the application's functionalities and capabilities: Siebel EAI, Siebel Workflow Processes, eScript, Javascript.
Nice To Have
Preferable experience with Siebel Service sector (Version 8+).
Experience in OpenUI configuration
Siebel (core consultant) certified
Experience with ITIL/BISL
Experience defining/executing test cases
Experience working in an Agile environment
